Is collection available?
Yes! Collection is available for customers local to Hatfield, Hertfordshire. Please contact us at zoanation.uk@gmail.com to arrange.
When will I get my order?
The order will be delivered on the day selected on checkout. For purchases via express checkout, please contact us at zoanation.uk@gmail.com to arrange a delivery date.
What is the DOA policy?
All corals are covered by our DOA (Dead on Arrival) policy.
In the unlikely event of a DOA, please contact us at zoanation.uk@gmail.com within 2 hours of delivery with clear photos of the coral inside the unopened bag.
Upon verification, we will offer either:
- A refund for the affected item, or
- A free replacement (subject to availability)
Please note:
- DOA coverage is void if no one is available to receive and sign for the parcel on the scheduled delivery day.
How much does shipping cost?
Royal mail next day shipping is provided for £ 14.5 (this includes all the packaging and a heat pack during winter, no hidden fees!)
Free royal mail next day delivery is offered on orders over £ 100
