Refund policy

All corals are covered by our DOA (Dead on Arrival) policy.

In the unlikely event of a DOA, please contact us at zoanation.uk@gmail.com within 2 hours of delivery with clear photos of the coral inside the unopened bag.

Upon verification, we will offer either:

  • A refund for the affected item, or
  • A free replacement (subject to availability)

Please note:

  • DOA coverage is void if no one is available to receive and sign for the parcel on the scheduled delivery day.

Unfortunately we do not accept returns due to the nature of the products.
