DOA Policy:
All corals are covered by our DOA (Dead on Arrival) policy.
In the unlikely event of a DOA, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery with clear photos of the coral inside the unopened bag.
Upon verification, we will offer either:
- A refund for the affected item, or
- A free replacement (subject to availability)

- DOA coverage is void if no one is available to receive and sign for the parcel on the scheduled delivery day.
🌿 Zoanthid Acclimation upon Arrival
Beginner Level: Float sealed bag in tank water for 30 mins to temperature-acclimate.
Intermediate Level: Drip acclimate for 30 mins to match water parameters.
Expert Level: For experienced reefers with SPS dominant tanks or proven success with intermediate zoas only. Drip acclimate for 30 mins and maintain:
PO₄: 0.03–0.07 ppm
KH swing: ≤ 0.2 dKH/day
pH swing: ≤ 0.1/day
💡 After Introduction: Place in a low-light are(~50 PAR) with moderate flow for a few days to acclimate before moving it to its recommended PAR.
⚠️ Improper acclimation process might lead to weeks of prolonged sulking or even coral loss.
